Meredith Stout is a corporate and senior operations manager of the "Militech" corporation.

We can meet her in the additional quest "Down on the Street." During its completion, we will have several choices, one of which is to take the Militech chip and pay them for the bot. But few know about the secret path of this mission, where eventually we can find Meredith dead at the bottom of the ocean.

First, we need to come to a meeting with her, where you will not be warmly welcomed in any case.

During the dialogue with Meredith, agree to take the chip to pay for the bot. But don't rush to go to the Maelstrom. When Meredith leaves, open your inventory and go to the "Chips" section. Find this chip, and we will have the option to hack it. Now it's better to save because we need to hack two lines in the required order to neutralize the virus on it.

When we have the hacked and cleared chip, we go to Royce. In the dialogues, choose "Let's make a deal," "Pay with the Militech chip," and also warn him that Militech is watching them.

Do not draw your weapon and do not attack Royce! Just wait until he finishes talking, after which he will accept the chip and agree to the deal. At this moment, Militech will already attack the building, and you will have to defend yourself. At the end of the path, we will be met by not Meredith, but Gilchrist. He will say that Meredith will answer for her failure on all fronts and bid farewell to V. 

Now we can find Meredith and see how she was punished. After this mission, we go to meet Takemura at the diner. And only after that, we go to this place on the map. It's not far from the docks.

When you arrive at the location, look for a flying piece of fence and look down.

At the bottom, you will see a body, and by scanning it, you will understand that it's Meredith. You will learn the time of her death and the cause of her demise.

You can descend to the bottom. Here, you will be met with a gruesome sight. They shaved the beauty's head, beat her, and poured concrete on her legs. 

- "Militech doesn't forgive, Militech doesn't forget."

This is the fate that awaits the corporat during this particular playthrough.

Notes:

If the body does not appear, wait 2-3 days in the same place.

With Meredith, everything will be fine if you sleep with her.

If you kill the Maelstrom gang members, Meredith will survive.
