Just like in previous Counter-Strike series games, the new one also includes console commands that allow you to give items in the lobby. To begin, go to the game settings and in the "Game" section, find the "Enable Developer Console" option. By default, you can open the console by pressing the tilde (~) key. You can give weapons in the lobby using the command "give weapon_****". Replace the asterisks with the weapon name. The weapon will have its default appearance, and you won't be able to get any skins using this method.

You cannot give items like shields, sticky bombs, or mines through the console.

Items on the Starting Screen

In Counter-Strike 2, the starting screen of the game has been redesigned, and the interface and operator display have changed. You can also change them and give them different weapons. However, you cannot give unusual items like shields or armor. There are commands that can change this. They are purely for entertainment purposes and are used to surprise your friends. Enter one of the commands in the console and click on the parameters in the lower right corner. If you want to give an item to a terrorist, select the display of the counter-terrorist agent and then return to the previous one. If you want to give an item to the CTs, the actions will be the opposite.

How to Give a Shield

If you want to give it to a terrorist, use the command ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_t heavy5;

For counter-terrorists, the command is ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_ct heavy5.

How to Give Body Armor

Command for counter-terrorists: ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_ct equipment0;

For terrorists: ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_t equipment0.

How to Give Body Armor and Helmet

Command for counter-terrorists: ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_ct equipment1;

How to Give a Defusal Kit

You can only give it to the counter-terrorists using the command ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_ct equipment3.

How to Give Grenades

For the counter-terrorist team, the commands are: ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_ct grenade0 and ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_t grenade0. The first is for CTs, and the second is for terrorists.

For the smoke grenade: ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_ct grenade1 and ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_t grenade1.

For the HE grenade: ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_ct grenade2 and ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_t grenade2.

For the Molotov Cocktail and Incendiary Grenade: ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_ct grenade3 and ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_t grenade3. Molotov is given to terrorists only, and the incendiary grenade to counter-terrorists.

For the Decoy Grenade: ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_ct grenade4 and ui_vanitysetting_loadoutslot_t grenade4.
