Why isn't Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp working?
It has been more than 3 hours since the most popular social network Instagram, as well as Facebook and Whatsapp, have not been working.

At the moment, there are problems with DNS on all domains in these social networks. So far, no official information about what is happening has been received, however, there are rumors that this may be the work of local hackers. Approximately at 18:00 Moscow time, an anonymous message was posted on the 4chan forum:
“In 15 minutes, social networks will fall, and this is only the beginning.”
Whether this is related to what is happening is unclear, we are waiting for reliable information.
Why isn't Telegram, YouTube and VK working?
No serious problems with these networks were detected. It is quite likely that the sudden influx of users from Instagram simply overloads the database.
When will Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp start working?
At the moment, the platforms are still "down", we are waiting for any changes in the near future.
