During the dialogue, you'll learn about the keys to the trailer park located in the amusement park called "Coffee World." Head there using the trail, which is the only available bypass. Along the way, you'll find a hunter's cabin. Inspect the area around the house. To the right of the cabin, there is an improvised shooting range, and nearby is a weapon crate locked with a code lock.
