Why is it important to upgrade reputation?

By gaining a new level of this ability, you automatically unlock new items and possibilities:

• At reputation level 6, you gain access to new weapons.
• At level 12, more clothing and armor.
• At level 14, even more clothing and armor.
• At level 20, new implants become available (such as mantis blades and monowire).
• At level 27, even more clothing and armor.
• At level 37, cool modifications and attachments.
• At level 45, new weapons.
• At reputation level 50, the coolest and final implants.

How to raise reputation in Cyberpunk 2077

In the game, there is a huge number of events to complete and boost your stats. Some of them indirectly affect reputation by granting more points to your level. There are also events specifically designed to earn reputation points, with only a small portion going towards leveling up. What are these events?

These events include missions marked on the map in blue (you can find a star on the minimap). In general, these tasks are not difficult to handle: eliminate enemies + search for clues at the location. 

For killing a gang member, you will receive at least 60 reputation points, and for completing a whole mission, approximately 600 points. It's possible to earn up to 900 points for completing a single mission. By not missing these blue markers on the map, you can gradually level up your reputation.

By the way, these mini-tasks are divided into three levels: easy, difficult, and very difficult. The more challenging the completion, the more reputation points you receive.
