In Cyberpunk 2077, there are 7 collectible items of Johnny Silverhand. If you find them, you will receive the achievement "Prize Received!"

1. Copy of Johnny's Samurai Jacket. You will receive it during the side mission "Chippin' In." Rogue will give you this jacket before you get in the car.

2. Malorian Arms 3516 Pistol. You will retrieve it from Grayson during the same mission.

3. Turbo 911 II (930) Car. After dealing with Grayson, you will have a choice to either kill him or spare him. If he lives, he will offer you a "gift" by giving you the key to a container. Alternatively, you can kill him and take the key from him. Either way, you need to go up to the tower where you need to activate the elevator that releases the container. Open it with the key and take the car.

4. Johnny's Pants. You can find them during the side mission (shown in the screenshot) "Psychofan's Order." There is a suitcase on the second floor of an apartment, and the pants are inside it.

Note: If you have completed the mission without picking up the pants, you won't be able to get them anymore since the elevator will be blocked, and access to the apartment will be restricted.

5. Johnny's Boots. You can obtain the boots by completing the "Family Heirloom" job. To make this job appear on the map, you need to reach Reputation Level 35. The job is located in Westbrook, marked by a white icon as shown in the screenshot.

6. Aviator Glasses. You will also receive these glasses during the mission "Chippin' In." The glasses will be available in your inventory after you ride in the car with Rogue.

7. Johnny's T-Shirt. You can obtain this item upon completing the quest "Metamorphosis."
