How to Craft Unique Weapons
How to Craft the Porcupine in Valheim
- Weapon type: Club.
- Porcupine recipe: Forge (Level 4)| x20 Iron, x10 Flax Thread, x5 Fine Wood, x5 Needle.
Unlocked after obtaining Flax Thread. The Porcupine is the only melee weapon that deals both blunt and piercing damage simultaneously. It is also the ultimate (currently) endgame weapon, available only after defeating Moder in the Mountain biome.
Flax can be found exclusively in the Plains biome. Search the Fuling villages — behind them, there is a patch of land where flax grows. Flax is rare, so once you find it, replant it in a safe place for further harvesting.
How to Unlock the Stagbreaker
- Weapon type: Two-handed club.
- Stagbreaker recipe: Fine Wood x20 (dropped by pines), Deer Trophy x5, Leather Scraps x2.
The massive club Stagbreaker deals area-of-effect damage and is perfect for smashing enemies through walls. It is also the earliest weapon you can obtain in this list. The Stagbreaker is unlocked after obtaining Fine Wood (wood from trees in the Black Forest biome) and defeating Eikthyr.
The Deer will randomly (and rarely) drop the Trophy, and Boars drop Leather Scraps.
How to Unlock and Craft the Draugr Fang
- Weapon type: Bow.
- Recipe: x20 Silver, x10 Ancient Bark, x10 Ooze, x2 Deer Hide.
The Draugr Fang is the best bow in Valheim, shooting poisonous arrows. The crafting recipe will be unlocked once you obtain Silver, Ooze, and Ancient Bark. Obtain Silver by defeating «The Fulings» in the Mountain biome, which drops it after defeating Bonemass in the Swamp biome.
Ancient Bark drops from trees in the Swamp biome, and Ooze can be found there as well. Oozes emit a green glow, making them hard to miss.
