Coil-Head (Coil-Head) in Lethal Company is one of the beasts you may encounter during the game. It's a horrifying white creature with an unnaturally long spring-like neck and gears embedded all over its body.

Coil-Head looks genuinely frightening: essentially a person with a severed head impaled on a spring, helplessly dangling in space. Seeing this creature at the end of a dark corridor makes it hard not to be scared, especially with its pitch-black, toothless smile and similarly dark eyes.

Why Coil-Head is Dangerous

Coil-Head somewhat resembles the monster Bracken. It also prefers to move behind the Employee and avoid being seen. If you decide to look at it, it will immediately stop.

An interesting situation can arise in the game: simultaneous spawn of Bracken (Bracken) and Coil-Head. The former will try to catch you while you observe the latter monster to avoid provoking it. It's indeed a dangerous and challenging situation that requires ingenuity and teamwork.

You can recognize the monster from a distance by its characteristic white silhouette, easily noticeable from a long distance. Coil-Head's footsteps are loud and thunderous. If you hear them behind you, know that you are being pursued.

How to Defeat Coil-Head

Coil-Head cannot be defeated – it's an invulnerable mob. The only thing you can do is run away. Here's how to do it best:

• Freeze as soon as you see Coil-Head. Make sure it has stopped. Sometimes the game wrongly captures the player's camera, and the monster attacks regardless of whether you're looking at it or not;
• Move in the opposite direction, keeping your eyes on the monster. The problem is that at this moment, you may encounter other aggressive mobs. To prevent this, involve other players;
• Inform other team members about the appearance of Coil-Head. They will help you determine if there are other monsters nearby and suggest a safe retreat path;
• If you encounter Coil-Head with the team, leave one player to watch it while others can continue gathering loot and scrap metal;

• Hide behind a door. Coil-Head won't be able to reach you and will be forced to leave;
• If possible, try to hide from Coil-Head by going behind walls. It will immediately lose sight of you but will try to find you again;
• If Coil-Head is far enough, you can try to turn around abruptly and run away.

Once an Employee disappears from Coil-Head's line of sight, it will head to the last place where it saw the player. So, it's essential to try to leave the previous location as quickly as possible.

Coil-Head's attack is lethal. The body of the killed player can be teleported aboard in the standard way. Instead of the head, the killed employee will have a spring, just like Coil-Head itself.
