Before you start, you need to visit Sumida in Inazuma City to properly start the next part of the quest. Open your quest journal and you will find the task in the "Through the Mists" section. Follow the plot until you get a special item and reach the first puzzle with stones.

How to use the feather in Genshin Impact?

The feather that Ruu gave you will allow you to find hints and see strange things on Tsumugi Island, including ghosts. To equip it, go to the event items menu and press "use". Now instead of the camera in the extra menu you will have this feather!
