Where to find three bird feathers and how to drain the water?

It's not difficult to notice that all the feathers in the second location are underwater. How do you drain it? You need to follow three fairies and open the chest; after that, the mechanism will activate, and the water will disappear. The first fairy flies at the entrance to the cave, the second one is on a big branch right next to the thunderous tree, and the third one is below.
