Genshin Impact has already gathered a mountain of fans, having behind its back four major updates. Despite the fact that patch 1.5 has not yet been released, players are already eagerly awaiting information about the 1.6 update. 

Version 1.6 of Genshin Impact will bring many changes, events and, most likely, a new region. We have collected leaked data from the most diverse sources and are almost sure that most of them are true. Nevertheless, something may change by the time the update is released.  

Genshin Impact 1.6 Release Date

At present, the release date of Genshin Impact 1.6 is scheduled for June 9, if miYoHo continues to follow its 6-week plan.

• Update version 1.7 - scheduled for July 21, 2021.
• Update version 1.8 - scheduled for August 2, 2021.

Leaks and Rumors

New Characters

Two characters have been leaked for Genshin Impact 1.6 - these are Yoyimi and Kadzuhua. Yoyimi is a five-star character wielding a bow and Pyro, and Kadzuhua is a five-star sword and Anemo element hero.

Will Inazuma be added in 1.6?

Common rumors say that Inazuma will finally be available in the 1.6 update, however, this rumor has been circulating since the game's launch. There is no reason to believe that Inazuma will be added to version 1.6 for sure.
