The Far Cry 6 game play and mechanics announcement will take place on May 28th.
Far Cry 6 is an upcoming installment in the long-running Far Cry series. The gameplay mechanics of Far Cry 6 will be similar to previous games, where players will have access to a variety of weapons and vehicles while recruiting freedom fighters to overthrow a dictatorial regime.
The gameplay of Far Cry 6 will be showcased on May 28th at 9:30 PM MSK, as Ubisoft recently released an announcing teaser. It featured a monologue by Anton Castillo, the dictatorial president of the fictional island of Yara, who is preparing to fight against the "fake yarans."

Although Ubisoft has not provided any specific official announcements regarding the release date of Far Cry 6, according to the company's latest financial reports, the game is scheduled to be released in April 2022.
However, the news about the demonstration of the sequel's mechanics raises hopes that we may see the release of Far Cry 6 by the end of this year! At this moment, the cherry on top will be Ubisoft's official announcement of the release date, either at the end of the gameplay showcase or at the Ubisoft Forward event at E3 2021 on June 12th.

Story of Far Cry 6
The antagonist of Far Cry 6, Anton Castillo, the president of the island of Yara, is played by Giancarlo Esposito, known for his role as Gus Fring in the popular TV series "Breaking Bad."
Anton Castillo is a dictator who controls the island of Yara and raises his son, Diego. The player takes on the role of guerrilla fighter Dani Rojas, attempting to overthrow Castillo and his regime.
The island of Yara draws inspiration from Cuba. Director Navid Khavari has described the Cuban revolution as the foundation upon which the modern guerrilla revolution of Far Cry 6 is built.
The first trailer for Far Cry 6 was released in July 2020 at the Ubisoft Forward event.
