Fenring in Valheim - a patron of darkness that can be encountered in the moonless twilight, in the expanses of the mountain biome. This creature is a large dark two-legged wolf that emits a terrible loud howl when you approach it.

How to Defeat Fenring

Let's start by touching on some precautions:

First of all, take care of your clothing and potions. You should be fully protected from the cold, as it is not desirable to die from frostbite during the battle. 

Secondly, if you still heard this mountain beast and understand that you are not ready - run away. The monster also summons a pack of wolves, so you will have to fight with all of them. 

Fenring's attacks and tactics:

The most dangerous of Fenring's attacks is a long-distance jump and strike. When he does this, it is better for you to either close with a shield or run away. You can try to parry, but the enemy quickly moves on to a new attack.  

To win and kill Fenring in Valheim, you mostly need to dodge 2 attacks (especially his jump) and occasionally deal damage. Use a silver sword or ice weapon to give him extra damage. He will immediately start to burn from it.
