The weapon can be purchased from certain merchants/blacksmiths (see the last screenshot). The easiest way to get it is from Hattori.</p> <p>In addition, the weapon can be obtained using the console command additem('Lucille').</p>

A mod for The Witcher 3 adds a sword from the Japanese manga "Attack on Titan". You will be able to buy this sword from some merchants (see the last screenshot). You have to wait until the assortment is updated for the sword to appear in the sale.
