The mod for Witcher 3 adds a merchant who sells 99% of all existing Gwent cards (including quest cards), so you can now build a full deck of any faction and play Gwent either for monsters or Nilfgaard - you will still have cards. In fact, the merchant is not new, it is the quartermaster from Velen (which is located in the Bloody Baron's castle). At the same time, quest cards begin to be sold only after level 35 of Geralt, and in the case of "New Game +" - only from level 67. Cards from the DLC "Blood and Wine" are sold only after level 50. It is recommended to install manually, because NMM can break everything. Installation is simple - just throw it into the mods folder.
