The Sims 4 mod adds more realistic home and lot tasks to the game.
Lawn Care System:
- Every two days, any painted grass lot will generate grass randomly depending on the size of the lot to not affect game performance. The grown grass can be mowed with a lawn mower or removed by hand. Sims with a high gardening skill will enjoy mowing the grass and will be more efficient at it.
Notes:
- Grass growth is disabled on business lots, other Sims' residential lots, public lots, apartment buildings, and in empty worlds such as Oasis Springs and StrangerVille. Grass growth is also disabled in winter season if you have Seasons installed.
- Gardeners and Maids will mow the grass autonomously if you hire them.
Laundry Detergent:
- Laundry detergent or fabric softener from the Dabra company will become available to you when the "Laundry Day" Stuff Pack is installed.
Ironing Board:
- A fully functional ironing board will allow your Sims to iron their clothes after washing.
