A new mod for The Sims 4 that will bring a bit of realism to the game. You will have access to ritual services, so now Sims won't just disappear, leaving a urn behind.
You will have several options of how you want to say goodbye to the deceased.
If you report the death of a relative by phone, a medical examiner will arrive, they will start taking notes and photographing the place where the body was found. When everything is finished, the medical examiner will put the deceased in a body bag and send it to the morgue for a final examination, after which the medical examiner will ask who the executor should contact as soon as it is done. Don't forget to press "Yes" if you want to continue the autopsy process. If not, the body will be taken by the medical examiner, and your Sim will never have the opportunity to bury the deceased or say goodbye to them.
Your Sims can take a vacation to stay alone with their grief and arrange a funeral.
You can call a funeral home to arrange a funeral.
Sims can also decide whether to bury the Sim or cremate them.
