Emotions 2.0

Tired of the superficial emotional system in The Sims 4? The "Realistic Emotions" mod will give your Sims deeper and more nuanced experiences. What the mod adds: - New moodlet "Emotional Equilibrium". Your Sims won't constantly be in a state of euphoria. Now they will experience the full range of emotions, both positive and negative; - New moodlet "Emotional Transition". Slows down abrupt mood swings, making them smoother and more realistic; - Reduced influence of positive emotions. Happiness won't overshadow other emotions. Example: a Sim may be sad due to a loss but still excited because they drank energizing tea. Strong positive or negative emotions will carry more weight than weak ones, making the transition from one mood to another smoother; - Enhanced impact of negative emotions. Negative events will have a more noticeable effect on Sims' moods. Moodlets from such events, like a broken nail, will disappear more slowly, making them more realistic; - Revised fear system. Fear now hinders skill learning, making Sims more vulnerable; - Satisfaction points system. Sims will gain/lose satisfaction points depending on their emotional state. This allows them to fulfill their desires faster when they're happy and endure discomfort longer when they're depressed or angry; - Changes for teenagers. The transition from positive to negative emotions takes longer for teenagers than for adults.

VIP Bucket Clutter Object Become Functional

This mod turns the VIP bucket into a full-fledged object, with the help of which Sims can drink drinks and receive moodlets. The mod includes 7 different combinations. You can distinguish them by the color of the bottle: - Blue - confidence; - Green - happiness; - Pink - romance; - Purple - attentiveness; - Blue - inspiration; - Purple - playfulness; - Light green - excitement. Each drink has a unique name. Try each one and see how your character's mood changes.

Weather Preferences

With Weather Preferences, you can see which weather conditions your Sims prefer and which they don't like. In the vanilla version of the game, information about a Sim's weather preferences is not disclosed. The mod visualizes these hidden traits. Translation is built in. There are two versions of the mod to choose from: displaying preferences as "Like" and "Dislike" traits or as visible game characteristics. Do not use both versions at the same time! The mod overwrites some features of the game. This means that it is not compatible with other mods that perform the same function. List of conflicting mods: - Visible Weather Preferences from Smart Sim Randomizer; - Visible Weather Preferences from Chingyu's Unhidden Traits; - Weather, Season and Holiday by Helaene PrefPlus.
