The Sunkenland mod allows you to drop items by pressing a hotkey (can be installed via BepInEx ConfigurationManager).

BepInEx ConfigurationManager for Sunkenland allows you to change mod settings, if the authors provide such an option. There is no need to delve into configuration files anymore, everything can be done in the game by pressing the F1 key. Installation: BepInEx\plugins
