No NFTs! STALKER 2 developers listened to the players.

Many developers and publishers ignore the opinion of players, trying to make the most money from their games, even if it harms the game itself. Ubisoft is a direct proof of why this should not be done, as previously known series have simply become a simulator for money extraction: microtransactions, NFT, Pay2Win system, and much more. How surprised were the players when it turned out that the developers of STALKER 2 wanted to add NFT to the game. This was a real blow to the fans of the series, and players began to boycott, write negative reviews to the previous parts of the series, canceled pre-orders.

However, the developers were smarter than Ubisoft, and realized their mistake, stating that they are going to remove NFT from the game. The following was announced:

Quote: for us, the opinion of players and fans of the series is in the first place. We put the interests of players first, and therefore your opinion is taken into account first of all. STALKER 2 is created to bring pleasure to players - this is our main goal.

There is not much time left before the game is released. If there is no further delay, Stalker 2 Heart Of Chernobyl will be released on available platforms on April 28, 2021. It is nice to see that developers really care about players.
