Mortal Kombat 1 was officially released on September 19, 2023. Players can already try out the new combat system, fighting styles, characters, and levels.

The main in-game currency is coins, which can be spent on purchases, costumes, and additional items. In this guide, you will learn how to easily and quickly earn coins in Mortal Kombat 1.

How to Earn Coins Quickly

Below are the most effective ways to farm coins at the start of the game.

Complete the Tutorial

Practice Mode is the first opportunity to practice on test enemies and learn the combat system. For each completed lesson, you will receive 250 coins. Additional coins are awarded for tricks, special moves, and combo attacks.

The tutorial is divided into categories, each of which includes 10 lessons. Therefore, you will receive 2500 coins + an additional 1000 coins for completing the category.

Completing the tutorial is the main way for beginners to earn coins.

Play in "Invasion" Mode

"Invasion" Mode is one of the game modes that operates on a seasonal basis. Locations are updated weekly. This is an excellent opportunity to earn additional coins and resources for the main game. In addition to regular coins, you will also receive Seasonal Kredits - a more valuable in-game currency.

The "Invasion" mode will also help you quickly increase your rating.

Engage in Constant Battles

Participating in battles is the main method for farming. Progress through the Campaign mode and advance in the story to continuously earn coins.

How to Spend Coins

You can spend all the collected coins in the Temple. For every 1000 coins you spend, you will receive gifts, such as skins, unique items, and more.
