Approach the choice of the destination wisely. Locations differ not only in environment and monsters on them but also in weather. Moons

Gordion, Company Building

The location is safe. The population of the Moon is unknown, as well as the fauna inhabiting it. Gordion has flat terrain without large soil masses. The Moon constantly experiences stormy weather.

Experimentation

Abandoned Moon. Low danger level. Some types of monsters roam the location. It is a dry location with constant industrial smoke haze.

Assurance

The Moon is also abandoned. The fauna consists of species that support the location's ecosystem. The danger level is also low. The Moon has uneven terrain and windy weather.

Vow

Abandoned location. The fauna includes various species, most of which are not dangerous. The Moon is large, and it is constantly raining.

Offense

Abandoned location. It has a moderate danger level. The fauna consists of competing aggressive representatives that support the ecosystem. The surface is uneven, and strong winds blow constantly.

March

Abandoned Moon with diverse fauna. It belongs to locations with a moderate danger level. The location's surface is quite large, and it is constantly raining.

Rend

Moon with zero population. Fauna is not represented by any species due to harsh living conditions. The location has a high danger level. The terrain is frozen and rocky. The Moon orbits around the White Dwarf star.

Dine

The Moon has no population. Fauna is absent due to unsuitable complex conditions for life. The location has a high danger level. The Moon orbits around the White Dwarf. The terrain is rocky, and the temperature is significantly below zero.

Titan

No one lives on the Moon. The fauna is represented by dangerous creatures that inhabit and move through tunnels. The location's surface is frozen, with many rocks. The Moon was used as a place to gather valuable minerals. Due to its large size, it's easy to get lost on it.

Weather Conditions

When choosing a Moon from the list in the terminal, weather conditions that bring various modifiers to your expedition will be indicated in parentheses. They can be either minor and not interfere with resource gathering and exploration, or quite serious.

Rainy Weather

Rain on the surface of the Moon can create mud or sand funnels. If you get too close to them, you will be pulled inside. Be vigilant, inspect the ground. If any squad member or you get caught in the trap, try to escape immediately.

Flooded

Moons with these weather conditions accumulate a large amount of liquid. During the day, the water level will only increase. In such conditions, spare exits from buildings are blocked, and the way back to the ship is significantly hindered. It can even lead to the death of squad members.

Stormy

A storm rages on the Moon, and lightning strikes periodically hit the ground. When outside with a metallic item in hand, the chance of being struck by an electric discharge increases. If you notice an indicator warning of lightning, immediately remove the metallic item from your hands.

Foggy

Dense fog covers the entire surface of the Moon. Visibility is greatly reduced, making it difficult to find the way back to the ship. But the fog also has its advantages. The chance of encountering any monsters outside a building sharply decreases.

Eclipsed

Darkness persists on the Moon throughout the day. Monsters, for which night is the time of activity, start running on the surface and try to kill you.
