To gain the experience and items needed for leveling up, you can not only complete missions but also use safes scattered throughout the game locations. You can open them either with a leveled-up skill or with a special sheet with a code. To read the codes, the "Deduction" skill must be leveled up to at least 2. In this guide, you will learn the locations of all notes with safe codes.

Safe in the Auto Shop

You can find it during the side mission "Stolen Vehicle" on Broadstreet Avenue at the Auto Shop location. Enter the auto shop, and in the farthest room on the first floor, there will be a cabinet with a note containing the code on the wall.

The safe itself is in the same building. Go to the second floor and enter the administrator's room.

Safe in the Arcade Room

You can find the safe in the basement with arcade machines during the third story mission "The Search for Soot." Defeat all the criminals, talk to the room owner, and explore. In the last room of the location, there will be a calendar on the wall with a note containing the safe code.

The safe is located in the corner behind a table.

Safe in the "Haunted House" Location

You can find the safe during the "The Search for Soot" mission. The storage is in the room with sofas and a toilet in the corner.

Eliminate all the bandits in the location. The necessary note with the code is next to the nightstand behind the toilet.

Safe at the Slaughterhouse

You can find safes during the fourth story mission "Soot's Final Encore."

First: As you progress, you will reach the "Slaughterhouse" location. Deal with all the enemies. On the first floor of the building, there will be a note with the needed code on the poster advertising the show.

The safe is on the floor above under the table.

Second: Reach the end of the slaughterhouse. In the room where you meet Soot, on the right shelf, you will see a sheet with the code.

The safe will be in the corner of the last room of the location.

Safe at the Steel Mill

You can find it during the sixth story mission "Street Vulture's Torf." Go to the northwest part of the steel mill and enter the crumbling building. On one of the walls on the first floor, there will be a calendar with a note attached to it containing the code.

The storage itself is on the second floor.

Safe in the "Spiky's House" Location

You can find it during the eleventh main story mission "Spike in a Haystack." The safe is in Spiky's apartment behind one of the nightstands in the room.

The code for the storage is in another room. The note is attached to the side of the TV on the dresser.
