"Discount Dealer" is a side mission in the game that becomes available during the third storyline mission, "The Search for Soot." During the quest, you'll assist Officer Kowalsky in dealing with drug dealers. In this guide, you'll learn how to start and complete the mission.

How to Start the Mission

While patrolling Downtown Detroit, you'll encounter Officer Kowalsky, who has apprehended a drug offender.

The officer will inform you about the underground world of drug dealers and request your assistance. Your character will need to find evidence and locate a cheap drug dealer. The police will provide you with a phone number to call using a payphone.

How to Complete the Mission

A marker will appear on the map indicating a payphone located in the square. You don't necessarily have to go to it; you can use a nearby phone. Interact with it, and a video clip will start.

You'll call a drug dealer named Maurice, who will immediately realize that RoboCop is calling and will want to hang up. Competitors will burst into the dealer's apartment; eavesdrop on their conversation. Maurice will ask RoboCop for help and provide his address. 

Head to the dealer's house, following the marker. 

Enter the apartment and scan the area. You'll find a large number of clues on the location that will help locate Maurice. Scan the phone, drugs on the table, and shoe prints on the floor. 

A trail will appear that you need to follow upstairs. Enter the door leading to the roof. 

A short clip will start. Deal with the drug dealers and save Maurice. 

When he is left alone, RoboCop will offer him to surrender and follow him to prison. To convince Maurice, the "Psychology" skill must be upgraded to at least level 2. If you choose the right option, Maurice will go with you; otherwise, he will jump and fall. 

Reward for the Quest

For completing the mission, you will receive 50 experience points.
