To choose the best artifacts for Toma, you need to understand his playstyle. His Elemental Skill, known as "Crimson Blessing," creates a shield for all characters in the party. The strength of this shield scales with Toma's maximum HP. Additionally, his Elemental Burst creates another shield that overlays the Elemental Skill shield.

While the burst is active, it increases the strength of the shield and deals Pyro damage when any character attacks. Due to its high energy cost, it is recommended to build Toma as a shielder with high %HP - it is much more beneficial for both Toma and your team.
