The Wild Fairy of Erinnyes is a quest storyline in Genshin Impact, available in version 4.2 starting from November 8th. It's associated with a new location called Erinnyes Forest.

How to Start the Quest

The quest begins after interacting with a sign near the Fountain of Lucine. A quest marker will appear in the Foggy Forest Path location. This area is adjacent to the Opera Epiclese opera house. A direct path leads from the opera house to the Foggy Forest.

The essence of the quest is to explore stone tablets scattered throughout the location and receive rewards for doing so.

How to Complete the Quest

Each subsequent section is a small mini-quest that is part of The Wild Fairy of Erinnyes questline. By solving each puzzle and activating altars, you will complete the questline and receive generous rewards in the form of Primogems.

Foggy Forest Path: Puzzle

A tracked marker will appear on the map that leads you to the altar. Read the tablet next to it and solve the puzzles in the area of the altar. The puzzle is quite lengthy, so it's broken down step by step:

1. Interact with the mechanism to obtain the Xenochromatic Ball Octopus ability;
2. Approach the purple slime near the tree and destroy the clusters using the octopus's ability;
3. Combine two large bubbles near each other in a similar way;
4. Pop the resulting bubble in a way that the shockwave reaches all three pipes;
5. Go to the next slime cluster and eliminate it. Hydro Slimes will appear; defeat them;
6. Two balls will appear that need to be moved as follows: the first one between the pipe and the left bubble, and the second one (the left one) in a way that its shockwave reaches all three pipes;
7. The final puzzle in the series of puzzles is near the river. Get rid of the slime and hit the pipes with a shockwave in the order written on the runes. For this, you need to move the balls a little closer to each other.

Thus, the major puzzle combines three smaller puzzles. Once you've solved each of them, a ball will appear on the tree. When you have 3 balls, return to the altar and interact with it. There's a Key Drop on the altar, and you can collect it from the next two pedestals. You'll need these to complete the quest and save Erinnyes Island.

Withering Weeping Willow

The next quest in the series is located underwater. It's recommended to have a character from Fontaine in your party to make exploring underwater easier, especially if you have Neuvillette, who increases swimming speed by 15%.

This quest unlocks after completing the Foggy Forest Path. Don't attempt these quests randomly. Head to the area of Weeping Willow of the Lake and dive underwater. The altar is right beneath the willow. Follow these actions to activate it:

1. Interact with the Xenochromatic Hunter's Ray and use its ability to cut the algae. You need to hit three links at once – they will move, so wait for the right moment and attack;
2. Inside the algae, you'll find an octopus. Interact with it to gain the next ability;
3. Now you can clear the slime clusters near the altar;
4. Assist the bubble that appears to reach the altar;
5. Position the bubble so that it first activates the pipes and then the runes.

Right after this, the second key-drop will appear on the altar. At this point, Pakhsiv will appear nearby and guide you on where to find the final key and its purpose.

Furious Lake at the Spring

This is the easiest quest in terms of completion. Your task is to defeat the Vishap, which will react to your attempt to study the altar. Teleport to the Loch Urania area and follow the marker that will lead you to dive underwater.

Underwater, there will be a small cave. Follow these instructions:

1. Enter the current to reach the other side of the body of water and find the altar;
2. Interact with the Xenochromatic Armored Crab and use its ability to get rid of the slime;
3. Clear another slime cluster and interact with the altar.

You'll need to defeat the Vishap only halfway. Once the Vishap's HP bar drops to 50%, a cutscene will begin. After that, you can talk to Pakhsiv again.

In the Heart of Erinnyes

Now that you've collected all three keys, follow Melusine Pakhsiv. She will lead you to a fountain where you need to present the keys.

Return to the pond beneath the willow and cleanse the tree's roots. Then, you need to deal with a couple of Riftwolves that have emerged from the corruption.

The quest will be fully completed, and Pakhsiv will thank you for your assistance.

• 1,100 Adventure EXP;
• 120,000 Mora;
• 10 Hero's Wit;
• 4 Mystic Enhancement Ore.
