"Roses and Muskets" - the main event of version 4.3, during which the Traveler will meet old friends from Inazuma, make a film, participate in the "Fontinalia Film Festival," and investigate a mysterious murder with a new acquaintance - Commander Chevreuse of the Special Patrol of Court of Fontaine.

The event starts on December 21, 2023, and will end on January 8, 2024. All rewards in the shop can be claimed until January 15.

How to Start the "Roses and Muskets" Event

The event will be available to players who meet the following conditions:

• Adventure Rank 20+;
• Complete the Archon Quest "Song of the Dragon and Freedom."

To understand the event's plot and what is happening, it is recommended to complete all existing Archon Quests, including "Masquerade of the Guilty" and Furina's legendary quest "Bandmaster Little Oceanid." If you start the event earlier, you may encounter spoilers for the main story moments.

Paimon and the Traveler learn about a new loud event in Fontaine. Talk to Xavier to learn about film shooting and the problems the organizer faced. Meet friends from Inazuma and together solve the funding problem. Find missing workers and propose Furina to lead the shooting, becoming a real director.

Fiction and Reality in the Frame and Beyond

The film shooting has begun, and the work on the set is in full swing. After the film, you talk to Chevreuse, who asks you to participate in a murder investigation. Help her find clues and track down the mysterious killer.

A Lonely Island in the Mist

Events are gaining momentum. The shooting is coming to an end – the team has to complete the final scenes, and Chevreuse seems to have attacked the murderer's trail. Head to the writer's house, the author of the book on which the shooting is based, and witness an unexpected heartfelt confession from the suspect.

Where Roses Bloom

As work on the film comes to an end, you unexpectedly discover that cameras on the set are breaking one after another, and the films with all the recorded material have disappeared somewhere. Find out who is trying to sabotage you and hinder the shooting. Along with Chevreuse, witness a dramatic scene and expose the real killer.
