Through the Looking Glass is a world quest in Genshin Impact that becomes available after finding all 6 Looking Glasses in the Mort Region. You will need to meet the fairy Canotila and once again venture into the world of the Book of Esoteric Revelations. The quest can be considered hidden as its discovery is not obvious at all.

How to Start Through the Looking Glass Quest

The quest will automatically appear in the quest list after finding all 6 Looking Glasses in the region. We've provided information about the locations of all mirrors and solving ortan puzzles in a separate guide.

Additionally, to start the quest, you need to complete the quest chain "Secrets of the Book of Revelations" and "In the Wake of Narcissus."

Through the Looking Glass: Walkthrough

Enter the Looking Glass

In the room where you found the last mirror, interact with the picture with sunflowers, which has turned into a portal. This time, you will enter a parallel world resembling the space of the Book of Revelations.

Head to the Designated Location

Move forward until you encounter Canotila. The fairy will be waiting for you, along with a dog, at the highest point - reach it using the purple portal, resembling a hole or tear in space.

Talk to Canotila

Canotila will say a couple of mysterious phrases, after which you will be automatically returned to the village near the Book of Revelations. Speak to Canotila again and discuss what happened. Your journey into the Book's space will not end here.

Next, you will begin the next quest - "Pursuit" (Hidden), where you will meet the familiar hilichurl Caterpillar.
