"Questions and Answers" – the final quest in the chain of world tasks "Questioning Melusine and Answering Machine." Talochard Melusine (Talochard) and the Traveler have come even closer to solving the mystery of the missing steam bird.

How to Start the "Questions and Answers" Quest

The quest will start automatically after completing the previous task – "The Red and the Black." To make the assignment appear in the journal, skip one in-game day through the Paimon menu. It's time to finally find the steam bird and return the missing parts to their rightful place.

Go to the Steambird

The next morning, return to the Steambird and witness a conversation between Jenck and the editor Euphrasie, who assigns the Traveler a reputation task. A new suspect has been discovered – Dr. Melo Lombroso's granddaughter, who threatens to dismantle the steam bird into mechanisms. Act promptly.

Find an Item Related to the Editing

Go to the Fort Charybdis Ruins area. There, you will encounter Kevin, the boy you met in previous quests.

Talk to Kevin

The boy has decided to help you and save the steam bird on his own. Think together about the next steps.

Let the Dog Sniff the Items

Next to Kevin is a dog – let him sniff the evidence, namely the threatening letter handed over by Euphrasie.

Open the Chest

The dog will lead you to a regular chest containing one of the wings of the steam bird. Follow the next lead.

Deal with the Treasure Hoarders

A mark will appear on the map indicating the next zone where part of Sir Arthur is hidden. This time, you will be intercepted by the Treasure Hoarders. Deal with them to stop the brawl and take the chest.

Along with the Hoarders, you'll find Rocher, the drunkard you met before. He also wanted to fight for the chest to be the first to find the steam bird parts but decides that the parts rightfully belong to the Traveler. Retrieve the bird's body from the chest.

Talk to Talochard

Follow the next marker, where Melusine Talochard, Kevin, his mom Madeleine, and the Fatui will be waiting for you. Deal with the Fatui to talk to your allies.

Kevin and Madeleine will reveal that they were once part of the Fatui but left the organization. You need to catch an employee named Baulard.

Chase the Fatui

Chase Baulard and stop him near the ruins. The man will yield to persuasion and hand over the last part of Sir Arthur needed to restore the steam bird.

Return to the Steambird and Talk to the Chief Editor

Return to the publication and talk to editor Euphrasie. Next to her will be a girl named Melo Lombroso, who was initially suspected of the crime. She will report that she arrived at the Court of Fontaine just the night before, so she cannot be involved – she has a solid alibi.

Examine the evidence and return Melo's antique medallion that once belonged to the girl's father.

Go to Dr. Mosso's Base

Return to the Fort Charybdis Ruins location and dive underwater from the island to reach Dr. Mosso's base. A gate will block the path. Open it using the device and swim through the barrier to get to the shore.

Deflect the Fatui Attack Using the Cannon

While exploring the base, the Fatui will break in. Engage in battle and deflect the last attack using the Hydro Cannon.  

Talk to the Mysterious Figure

After the battle, a mysterious figure will appear on the territory. It turns out to be Jenck – the criminal you've been looking for all this time. He will try to kill Talochard and the Traveler to prevent them from revealing his secret. He will initiate the self-destruct system.

Disable the Self-Destruction System

To disable self-destruction, take the core from "Duga" (Curve) and insert it into the control system. After that, the door to the safe room will open. Climb up to the room through the broken wall. Unfortunately, "Duga" won't be able to escape and will be destroyed.

Return to the Steambird and Talk to Talochard

Talk to editor Euphrasie again and learn that Jenck was caught and handed over to the authorities. The steam bird is assembled and in its place, meaning you have completed the case and the quest chain.

For completing the final task, you will receive the achievement "Wonders of the World: Crow or Blackbird?"
