Abyssal Buffs 2.5

Blessing of the Abyssal Spire 2.5, Phase 1:

• Enemies damaged by the "Overloaded" reaction will receive a debuff stack every 1.2 seconds, up to a maximum of 4 stacks.
• Each stack reduces Electro resistance by 10% (duration: 10 seconds).

Blessing of the Abyssal Spire 2.5, Phase 2:

• When the active character's attacks hit an Electro-afflicted enemy, an impact wave is created at the enemy's position.
• One impact wave is created every 2 seconds.

Artery Disaggregation, 11th Floor:

• All party members receive a 60% Electro damage bonus.
• All party members receive a 30% healing bonus.
