A mod for Dark Souls III reworks the models and textures of the Black Knight's blade, making it look like the version that was in DS 1. There are 2 versions of the mod. The main version is the mod where the models will only be visible to you, but if you want it to work online then you need the version from the additional files.

A simple mod for Dark Souls 3 makes Cestus invisible. That's how easy it is. Of course, the item in the inventory will still be displayed, but not on the hero himself.
