How to craft Flint Spear

So, the first spear we can construct in Valheim is the flint spear. Naturally, it's the weakest type of weapon of this kind. Don't forget to craft a nice shield!

We recommend upgrading all spears to their maximum level. The exception is the Abyssal Harpoon; it cannot be upgraded.

To smelt the flint spear, we will need the following materials:

• 5 Wood.
• 10 Flint.
• 2 Leather Scraps.

The spear can be used as a melee weapon or as a throwable projectile.

How to craft Bronze Spear

To craft this spear, you will need:

• 5 Wood.
• 6 Bronze.
• 2 Deer Hide.

To obtain bronze, you need to smelt copper and tin. I believe deer hide and wood are self-explanatory.

How to craft Abyssal Harpoon

This harpoon is very good for hunting Sea Creatures. To craft it, you need:

• 8 Fine Wood.
• 30 Chitin.
• 3 Leather Scraps.

To easily defeat the Sea Serpent with the harpoon, shoot it with the projectile near the shore and drag it onto land. You won't be able to attack with the same weapon, so keep it away from the water and start attacking with a different item.

How to craft Ancient Bark Spear

This spear is very powerful and well-balanced. To craft it, you need:

• 4 Troll Hide.
• 10 Iron.
• 10 Ancient Bark.

Search for iron and ancient bark in the Swamp biome. You will find plenty of iron in the crypts, and the bark will drop from trees.

How to craft Wolf Fang Spear

To craft this weapon, you need the following materials:

• 10 Ancient Bark.
• 4 Wolf Fang.
• 2 Leather Scraps.
• 2 Silver.
