The Monarch Mod allows you to play as a Monarch and set up their dynasty life as you wish.
A new feature in CAS is the Monarch. The Monarch can give other Sims certain titles. The other half of the Monarch will be the "Royal Partner" and the children will be "Royal Heirs" if you so choose.
The Monarch can take taxes and set their own price for them.
The Monarch can be beloved or you can make them a tyrant to the others.
There is a system of heirs. If you tire of holding the throne alone or feel an imminent demise - appoint any of the royal heirs to the throne next to you.
Competition for the throne. Your Monarch unexpectedly passed away without appointing a heir beforehand? No worries. Any Sim who was the right hand of the Monarch can claim the throne. They can ask the citizens for support to raise their reputation in order to seize the throne.
Tax system. Your Monarch has the ability to raise or lower taxes. Taxes are paid to your royal family twice a week (Monday and Thursday), and this amount depends on whether you have raised or lowered them. Lower taxes bring in less money per week, but at the same time bring you good reputation points from the citizens. Raising taxes will lead to a faster replenishment of your treasury, but you can quickly become a hated tyrant.
Nobility. Your Monarch can grant the title of "Noble" to any Sim they wish, and these nobles can use the reputation system to rise in the ranks of nobility. Nobles also bring in higher donations.
Servants. How can you do without them? Servants in your house will clean, cook, tidy up, etc. independently.
