The world of The Sims 4 may seem calm and a bit boring at first glance, but once you come across a strange portal or passage, new horizons for exploration open up immediately. This guide is entirely dedicated to all the secret places and areas in The Sims 4 game.

Location: Willow Creek

How to access:

- You need to go to the area with 4 houses (lower right corner of the map) and find a nearby tree. It will be hard to miss;

- Approach the tree and perform actions like "View" / "Water" / "Discuss nature" / "Talk about rocks" several times;

- After performing the actions, the "Explore" interaction will appear;

- Then a quest will start. Choose "Follow sound" / "Go down the stream" / "Enter the mist" / "Go to the clearing";

Congratulations, you have entered an amazing and beautiful world. Don't forget to collect rare stones, plants, bugs, and fish.

Location: Oasis Springs

Requirements: Handiness skill level 10

Cheat code for Handiness skill level 10: stats.set_skill_level Major_Handiness 10

How to access:

- You need to go to the "Desert Bloom" park;

- Look for a mine in the mountains. It's not exactly hidden, but there may be some difficulties in finding it.

- Approach the mine and choose the "Unlock" action, then "Explore";

- Complete the quest. Options include "Choose wide path" / "Choose stairs" / "Go to the ledge" / "Enter the grotto". Your Sim will be teleported to the grotto.

Features of the location:

- 3 fishing spots;

- Collectible items. 

Location: Space

Requirements: Rocket Science skill level 10

Cheat code for Rocket Science skill level 10: stats.set_skill_level Major_RocketScience 10

How to access:

Method 1:

- Place a magical ship on your lot, build it, and choose the "Wormhole Generator" upgrade for it;

- The option "Travel through wormhole" will become available.

Method 2:

- Wait for your Sim to be abducted by aliens.

Notes:

- Since it's a different planet, there's no cellular service there;

- You can collect rare items on Sixam;

- Alien parties are sometimes held on Sixam, and your Sim may even be invited to one. To receive an invitation, your character must have a career level of 8 in the Scientist career or higher, and it's important to have a portal with the Wormhole Generator installed at your workplace (described above).

Location: Granite Falls

Requirements: "Into the Wilderness" game pack.

How to access:

- Start by using the phone to go on vacation to Granite Falls;

- Upon arrival, head to the "Granite Falls National Forest" lot;

- Find the passage on the lot. It's hard to find. An approximate landmark is across the lake into the depths of the forest;

- Click on the passage to "Explore";

- Complete the quest by choosing options like "Advance forward" / "Go through the spiderweb" / "Embark on a journey";

- Then, select "Follow the character";

- And there you have it, you are in a beautiful and secluded place.

Notes:

- There is a hermit living on the lot. They can be of any gender (randomly generated);

- Medicinal herbs grow in the hermit's garden;

- You can learn the herbal remedy recipe from the hermit;

- With a good relationship with the hermit, you can invite them to join your household.

Location: Glimmerbrook

Requirements: "Realm of Magic" game pack.

How to access:

Method 1:

- Use a spell (only available for spellcasters).

Method 2:

- Use the portal to Glimmerbrook. It is visible on the city map, simply move to the nearest lot to the portal and find the portal itself.

Notes:

The world is divided into 4 parts:

- Central Island (magic headquarters and portals to other islands);

- Spellcaster's Alley (shops with magical items);

- The Garden (enclosed greenhouse and several plant bushes, including magical ones - mandrake and valerian root);

- Duel Island (arena for dueling).

1. Clifftop (lot). Located in the town of Windenburg.

At first, it may seem like there's nothing remarkable about this place. However, it's a great location for events. And the main secret of this place is the Loch Ness Monster, which can be seen occasionally in the river. 

2. Ritual Place in Gibbs Hill in the town of Britchester.

It's also an unremarkable place. Only during the night, members of the Enchanters' Order - a secret student organization - gather here.

3. Cave on the Sulani Islands. Located near the "Admiral's Wreckage" lot.

Unfortunately, the cave is just a rabbit hole and doesn't hide any secret locations. However, it has its own mysteries. You might have noticed the unfinished mural on the right side of the entrance. As you explore the cave, it will gradually fill up. This process can be divided into four stages.
