The archive contains a fomod installer, but you can also install it manually: there is both a version with USSEP and one without (in the corresponding folders).

It is fully compatible with large mods such as Males of Skyrim, Improved Bards, College of Winterhold NPC Improvement. The mod requires the unofficial USSEP patch to work. The characters look much better than in the original.
