Secret Achievement: "Ill-Fated Legacy of Sangonomiya"

This achievement can only be obtained after defeating and summoning 6 Samurais in 6 locations in Inazuma. If you haven't done this yet, you can watch the video for reference. After completing the task, head to the starting location in Inazuma, as shown in the image below. There you will see a small waterfall, next to which the required sword will be protruding.

Now go to the location marked in the image below in Inazuma (you will find more swords there). Plant the sword into the ground and obtain the achievement!

Secret Achievement: "Does It Really Matter?"

To obtain this achievement, you need to complete the task given by the Kabayama ghost near the Grand Narukami Shrine and sit on three stones. You can refer to the walkthrough here.

You will obtain all these achievements during the "Realm of Fog and Illusions" quest, where you need to unlock 3 secret islands. You can follow the walkthrough here.
