As shown above, players will need 1000 Storm Sleet and 1000 Crackling Crystal to obtain the character.

"Thunder Crash" Event or Thundering Fury (?) in Genshin Impact

Note that these names are not official translations for this event. However, this article should give you a good idea of what to expect from the event to obtain Beidou.

How to Obtain Crackling Crystal

Electro-Construct Puzzle - a challenge during which you can collect this currency. You will need to defeat the new boss - Eternal Mechanical Array. The dungeon dedicated to this boss will have additional mechanisms that will help you defeat the enemy more easily.

These additional mechanisms are known as Thunder Manifestation and Nimb Gems, which we will discuss below.

You can also obtain this currency in the Lightning Round challenge. Here, we will encounter Nimb Gems that grant certain buffs to the game's party (such as faster recharge, damage amplification, etc.).

How to Obtain Storm Sleet

Thundering Blitz challenge - essentially a time-limited quest where Genshin Impact players must defeat all enemies within a certain time frame. To assist you, the event will introduce a mechanism called the Thunder Dome, which, when fully charged, will deal electrical damage to all enemies on the battlefield.

This mechanism charges with electrical attacks and the presence of characters carrying an Electrograna or Electro element.

You can also obtain this currency in the time-limited Thundering Elimination challenge.

A character carrying an Electrograna or Electro element can move faster by sliding between the electrodes (shown in the image below).
