When will Sumaru be released in Genshin?

According to leaked update schedules, Sumaru will appear much sooner than players think, as the middle of the Inazuma storyline will be connected to Sumaru. Nonetheless, Sumaru can be expected no earlier than 2022 (approximately after New Year).

This means that Sayu and the Sumaru Academy are not as far as the unlocked Dendro element for Travelers. Currently, there isn't much information about Sumaru, but it should be revealed in the near future.

When will the Dendro element and the Abyss be released?

Based on recent leaks, players will be able to see the Dendro element and the Abyss in a patch following the release of Inazuma, also after the New Year.
