After the delay of the Cyberpunk 2077 release from November to December, some major gaming news sources began to spread rumors that CD Projekt Red was planning to delay it to 2021, as the project was still not finished. Of course, this caused a storm of negative emotions among the fans, as the game had already been delayed multiple times, causing the company's stock to drop sharply and causing problems with investors. The most worrying thing about this story is that many people believed these rumors, as they were written by major sites that usually only publish reliable information. Users literally began to hate the developers of Cyberpunk 2077, saying that they were going to cancel their pre-order and get their money back, which is a serious blow to CD Projekt.  The developers of Cyberpunk paid attention to everything that was happening and officially stated that the game would not be delayed under any circumstances. They made it clear by adding a photo to their Twitter account, with a clear "December 10" on the background of an image from Cyberpunk 2077. Nothing more to say here. Many authoritative sources have lost their authority with such rumors, and fans and investors have calmed down - another delay is not planned.
