Genshin Impact Banner 5.1: leaked characters

Recently, insiders have managed to reveal more information about the 5.1 Genshin Impact banner and have listed the characters.

Note! This is just an insider tip from hakushin. Based on her previous insights, other character lists for different patches were accurate, so the source is reliable but not 100% guaranteed.

According to the insider tip, the 5.1 banners will feature the following characters:

Xilonen. A new character who will definitely be on the 5.1 banner. Will appear in the first phase.
Chiori. Available in the first phase.
Nahida. Rerun, appears in the second phase.
Hu Tao. Rerun, also in the second phase.

In addition to the characters, the banner will also include their signature weapons.
