"Treating Symptoms" is one of the side quests given by Mr. Hands. The quest marker will appear on the map during the "Get It Together" quest.

Treating Symptoms: Walkthrough

Mr. Hands has his own issues with Kurt Hansen, the de facto leader of Dogtown. The fixer will ask you to weaken Hansen's position and help reinforce his own leadership. To do this, you'll have to complete one of 3 optional quests, one of which is "Treating Symptoms".

Milko Alexis works for the Voodoo Boys and is blackmailing Indira Barazza, threatening to turn off her lungs. Hands asks you to find and deal with Milko.

Head to the Voodoo Boys' base

Head to the Spa High Peak Luxor. You can enter the building through the main entrance or through a door on the right side. In the former case, you will encounter a guard, which is impossible to bypass stealthily.

Once you enter the main hall, there will be several groups of enemies inside. To attract as little attention as possible, move stealthily.

Clear the area

Go up to the second floor, dealing with gang members and drones along the way. In one of the rooms, you will encounter the Robot R Mk.2. Neutralize it to move on.

To quickly deal with the boss, focus your main attacks on him and try to ignore the mechanical soldiers he summons for help.

Speak to the netrunners

After defeating the robot, the central doors will open.

Enter and descend to the basement. At the end of the corridor, there will be another door - behind it, you will find the netrunner Alan, who is connected to Milko Alexis's body.

Alan will inform you that Milko is effectively dead, and explain that he tried to track down and eliminate the blackmailing group. After speaking with Alan, you can make a choice that affects the mission outcome:

• Leave and let the netrunner be with Milko. Even though you personally won't kill Alexis, the quest will be acknowledged, and Hands will thank the protagonist for completing the task;
• Eliminate Milko. Alan will attack you, and you will have to fight. In the end, finish off Milko as well.

You can kill Alan as soon as you enter the room - he won't react in time and will die. It's important to do this before initiating dialogue with the netrunner. The same can be done to Milko. Alan will get angry but won't attack and will ask V to leave as soon as possible.

The choice will not affect the subsequent plot. The quest will be successfully completed in any case.
