Alt Cunningham is the girl Johnny Silverhand is involved with during the main storyline, specifically the quest "Chippin' In" and the mission "Automatic Love". Unfortunately, you cannot have a romantic relationship with Alt, but you can watch an intimate scene involving her.

How to Sleep with Alt

During the mission, complete all the main objectives until you reach Bridget. Talk to Placide, and Bridget will enter next.

A linear dialogue with Bridget will start, and she will want to check your biochip. You can choose the following dialogue options: "You didn't think of him when....", "I'll give you access". After agreeing to have the chip extracted, a new mission called "The Human Factor" will open.

Follow Bridget. Then you need to talk to her, and she will answer all your questions. You can ask why they need Johnny, and eventually, you will hear the phrase: "We want to contact Alt...". At the end of the dialogue, tell her about Johnny.

When you approach the bathtub, enter it. This way, you will enter cyberspace. Talk to Bridget and then watch the short video about Johnny's life.

Congratulations, now you are in 2013 and in Johnny's own body! Head to the stage and grab the microphone. Go to the dressing room and engage in a dialogue with the girl (don't take the pills immediately). Once you exchange a few words with her, an erotic cutscene with Alt Cunningham will begin.
