Bug solution with Takamura from developers

This is the official version recommended by CDPR:

1. Open the old save, where your hero and Takamura are sitting in the Vakako office.
2. Then listen to the plot conversations at the entrance.
3. Wait about twenty three hours.
4. The next day Takamura should call and talk to you.
